NI properties Ltd were established as a unit of Navana industries ltd. to spread its business units across the real estate sector. It was founded by its current chairman MD. Ahsanuzzaman in the year 2018. The unit was established with the objective to develop high quality apartments and condominiums in the area of Dhaka The capital of Bangladesh and its surroundings. With a highly experienced team of Architects and engineers, the main goal is to ensure high quality homes in the best possible locations at affordable rates.
